EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
Over more than fifteen years of professional experience, Raúl Rosillo has developed a creative practice recognized both for its visual impact and for its ability to transform brand perception over time.
For almost eight years, he was responsible for the creative, visual and narrative direction of AIRE Ancient Baths, accompanying the brand during a phase of growth and international expansion. His work helped consolidate a recognizable, coherent and distinctive identity across all touchpoints: image, campaigns, spaces, experiences and audiovisual content.
In parallel, his career as a photographer, artistic director and creative director has been recognized with various awards and mentions in the advertising, creative and audiovisual fields, as a result of projects developed for brands, institutions and agencies in both national and international contexts.
In 2025, his creative and conceptual approach played a key role in the project developed alongside the agency Smartyworks, which became the winning agency of TikTok Europe. Raúl Rosillo led the creative and narrative development of the project, combining strategic vision, visual culture and a deep understanding of the platform’s language.
These results reflect a way of working in which creativity is not measured solely by immediate impact, but by its ability to build positioning, recognition and sustained value over time.
